OPEX Accountant

• Responsible for accurate acknowledgment of expenses related to current operating and G&A expenses in line with Company’s Accounting Procedure


• Timely and accurate postings of transactions with contractors and suppliers


• Verification of primary documents from suppliers against contractual terms


• Reconcile statements with suppliers and contractors on a quarterly basis


• Processing of payments and relative postings in SAP


• Preparation of stock taking sheets for annual physical count (Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payables)


• Take part in month closing procedure


• Perform other tasks as per management assignment

• People orientation, relationship building skills, stress resistance


• Accounting education or proven knowledge


• At least 2 years of relevant professional work experience in accounting


• Experience in Oil&Gas upstream industry is a big asset


• Knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP standards


• SAP R3 (FI module), SAP VIM System, MS Office


• Ability to apply hands-on approach
