- supporting HR team
- dispatching tickets in the ticketing pool
- providing first and final point of contact with customer
- escalate requests that cannot be resolved directly
- to be responsible for case opening and closing (end to end)
- ad hoc tasks

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1) and Russian - Advanced (C1)

Personality requirements and skills

- fluent English and Russian
- 1 year of experience in HR field(preferably from shared services center)
- experience with SAP, HCM, ERP is an advantage
- customer orientation
- good communication skills
