Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

The goal of the SC Service Project Manager is to exceed the customer’s service expectations while maintaining compliance with all export regulations. The SC Service Project Manager is the internal SPOC between Sales, the Credit Controller and local customer service teams for all supply chain related matters
Main responsibilities and key tasks

- Managing demands/suggestions/concerns of GM team in coordination with local Customer Service, Finance, Planning and Sales.
- In case of late/no order confirmation, asking confirmation from KAM’s/clients.
- In case of availability issues, search for solution in close contact with local Customer Service and local Planning Department.
- For new customers, coordinating creation of the customer in the system in collaboration with other departments
- For new customers, coordinating first deliveries compliant with all export regulations
- Taking care of product registrations in export countries, following, finalizing and informing Marketing Updating KAM’s/clients about renovations/changes on product content, shape, packaging, pack counts, product code etc.
- Taking care of process of consumer complaints received by KAM’s/clients and forwarding subject & samples of faulty product to local Quality Department and follow results to share.
- Adding promotional materials to shipments and keeping records of total cost of materials.
- Updating KAM's/customers regarding truck fulfillment and shipment organization and coordinate together with local CS
- Proactive stock management: monitor weekly stock situation for export customer and if there is any risk for future OOS

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

Job requirements

- University education or equivalent by experience
- Minimum 3Y experience in supply chain; logistics; or planning in a multinational FMCG context
- Strong project management skills are a must
- Knowledge SAP modules MM;PP; SD;
- Knowledge WM system is an advantage
- Knowledge concerning customs is an advantage
- Strong knowledge Excel is a must
- English is a must; another European language an advantage
- Independent problem solver with strong analytical mind and a flexible, pro-active and result driven attitude.
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- He/she is interested in working in an international environment
