German OR Dutch speakers needed as Customer Service Specialists

Depending on the language you are proficient at, you will deal either with German or with Dutch customers.

You will be working in a stable company in the centre of Prague as a Customer Advisor in Airline Business.

Your main duty will be to provide professional support to customers of major world air-lines, such as Air France, KLM and Delta.
You will solve issues related to air travelling (bookings, loyalty programs, luggage claims, compensation etc.).

You will be dealing with phone calls and e-mails on a daily basis.

You will also suggest optimal solutions to the specific customer's situation.

You will also work in special airline applications (we provide all the necessary training for free).
