Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are currently looking for motivated and keen candidates for possition Technical Training Developer.
- Create (record) business process simulations in SAP using the TTKF authoring tool
- Collaborate with Business Process owners to review the content of materials to be aligned with the correct business ideas as well as SAP transactions
- Coordinate periodically with Global Training Manager and Security team to review Transaction codes mapped to roles and subsequently update the relevant mapping sheets
- Training materials are based on system role content mapped to those, defined in Global Curriculum
- Design and develop quick reference guides, exercise data sheets and training evaluations across all SAP business functions: Procurement, Finance, Supply Chain, Order To Invoice, BI, Warehouse and Manufacturing
- Business members create materials in Word or PowerPoint and the developers adjust it, make it look better and load it to the SharePoint and create a front page to it only
- Manage the training development tracker and process guidance with the rest of the training team in SAP

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1)

Personality requirements and skills

- Business fluency in English (spoken and written) is a must
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel is necessary
- Excellent communication skills, especially to different partners (Project Managers, Management, Security team, etc.)
- Business process administration skills; Ability to communicate on various channels using various tools
- Ability to interact successfully in a matrix environment
- Candidates have to declare Criminal record extract not older than three months
- At least two years of relevant experience in similar position or in technical administration field, international corporate environment strongly preferred
- Technical orientation is a must, ability to understand inputs from business person and create training tools in SAP adequately
- Expert knowledge of SAP, logistics module preferred
