Job description, responsibilities and duties

What is our typical work day like?

We are not a call centre, so you will never call people nor "sell" any products.
We are a service provider to passengers who need help while travelling either on business or on holiday.

Therefore, the main tasks are:
- handling in-coming calls or e-mails only
- helping passengers with their requests regarding booking flight tickets, luggage claims, loyalty programs and compensations
- suggesting optimal solutions related to flying
- working with special air-line applications
