Job description, responsibilities and duties
Major accountabilities:
Provide legal advices and proposals to subjects related with
- generic business and generic partnering issues
- matters related to acquisition of new products
- directing agreements and equivalent pre-contract documents
Provide consultancy and take part in major projects where competent legal advice is essential
Resolve legal issues in accordance with experience and capacity
Collaboration with internal and external colleagues
