Finance Manager

-To ensure operations run in full complience with customer requirements, corporate procedures and Slovak legislation
- To control due ballance on receivable and payable and to enter up bank statements
- To ensure payments following due date
- To ensure a complete prepared month/year end closing and checked P&L ballance on the basis of internal control methods for reporting
- To support Plant Manager in Plant performance in terms of cost
- To develop and maintain efficient filing system
- In conjunction with Plant Manager to prepare annual budget and quarterly reforecast
- To ensure preparation of corporate weekly and monthly reports
- To guide, motivate and develop subordinates
