SALES REPRESENTATIVE/AGENT

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• professional and useful representation of the company on the market,
• market development through effective identification and acquisition of new customers,
• care for existing customers and developing relationships by establishing and maintaining contatcts,
• focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of customers,
• resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, making recommendations to management,
• monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products and new products, 
• maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, 
• provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.

REQUIREMENTS:

• economic or engineering degree, 
• at least 10 years working experience in sales, 
• knowledge of stainless steel and aluminium products is an advantage, 
• readiness for fieldwork, 
• excellent spoken and written knowledge of English, 
• proactivity, positive attitude and high response rate.
