Your responsibilities

will include organizing, prioritizing, and analysing incoming information, handling correspondences, preparing reports and other documents for the management, tracking office expenses and other tasks. We expect you to provide comprehensive administrative support for the managing director and other employees. This position serves as the link to the Medis Head Office in Ljubljana, Slovenia, which will give you the necessary support but will also expect prompt response and collaboration from your side. Traveling between Bratislava and Prague will not be frequent.

Our expectations

  • 1st or 2nd cycle Bologna degree
  • 1–3 years of experience in an assistant or executive assistant role
  • High degree of independence and reliability
  • Excellent organisation skills, ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Driving licence (B category)
  • Excellent knowledge of English
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
