We are highly trained, dedicated and professional Patient Service team providing information, technical expertise, education and support to patients and medical professionals who use our medical devices to manage their diabetes.

A Day in the Life

We are committed to supporting our patients throughout their entire journey. We are committed to being a partner they can trust. Hence, we would like you to:

Provide product and therapy education to customers based on pre-defined program pathways and processes and provide patients with ongoing personalised support and education to help them make the most of their diabetes management.
  • Provide product-oriented support and technical guidance for customers by phone and e-mail
  • Build positive relationships with patients
  • Educate patients on Medtronic Diabetes Therapies
  • Record customer feedback and any troubleshooting completed during communication
  • Identify trends affecting our products and provide feedback to appropriate teams (Sales, Marketing, Regulatory, and Diabetes)
  • Produce reports, analysis, and support as required
  • Cooperate with Medtronic diabetes business, marketing, and other departments, to participate in outbound and inbound calling under supervision to pro-actively reach out to patients to review their therapy adherence, or for educational or marketing purposes
Must Haves
  • Polish native speaker
  • Proficiency in English
  • Sound user of MS Office Suite
  • Experience in the customer service
  • Effective communication skills to provide education, resolve issues and answer questions according to department protocols and requirements
  • Flexible to adjust work time during the day in case of customer needs
  • Ability to present information in a clear and timely manner to customers experiencing medical emergencies
  • Previous experience in over the phone technical support, or helpdesk role will be an advantage
