An opportunity for you to become a Junior Agile Delivery Coach has just opened within a Global Pricing Insights & Analytics team located in Prague. The Global Pricing Insights & Analytics team is delivering insightful business analytics and tools to all Medtronic Businesses and Geographies. The team is also involved in the pricing strategy execution and continuous improvement of Medtronic’s pricing processes partnering with the business, regional and country pricing leaders across the globe.

A Day in the Life

• Brainstorming with the team individuals to focus their projects on key business values and outcomes.
• Setting up and maintaining the project structure with the team in Azure DevOps.
• Driving transparency by assisting to set up the project structure of Epic-Features-User stories.
• Increasing effectiveness by assigning with the team individuals User stories into sprints.
• Monitoring Azure DevOps key performance indicators and following up on findings with the team.
• Reinforcing the agile development cycle of regular customer feedback, quality testing, retrospectives and adapting the project to the latest business needs.
• Understanding the team workload and capacity, highlighting risks and roadblocks, working with team people leaders.
• Fostering continuous improvement mindset in the teams.

Must Haves

• Agile mindset and understanding of the Agile way of work
• Project Management experience (1 year minimum)
• Strong Business acumen and orientation towards business outcomes
• Interest in pricing and data driven insights
• Curiosity, proactivity, and passion for implementing new solutions
• Flexibility to switch between the tasks and working to deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Team player
• Fluent English (written and spoken)

Nice to Haves

• Experience in Azure DevOps, Jira, or a similar tool
• Scrum Master certification
• Experience with BI tool like Power BI, Tableau or similar
• Quick learner with motivation for personal development
• Strong Presentation skills and Advanced PowerPoint skills
