A Day in the Life

  • Define and implement sales activities in the assigned area to ensure business results.
  • Efficiently manage investments and expenses.
  • Analyze prices trend for products and discuss and implement special prices in the area.
  • Interface with customers and distributors in answering questions and solving problems regarding product/marketing issues.
  • Maintain, build and create relationships with customers and distributors.
Must Haves
  • Demonstrable success in previous employment indicating high level of sales performance.
  • Ability to plan, organize, monitor, and execute projects within budget on schedule.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to communicate to various levels of management/customers - medical.
  • Potential to absorb complex technical product knowledge.
  • Strong ability to persuade, explain and advise.
  • Ability to influence.
  • Fluent in English and Czech language (business proficiency)
Nice to Haves
  • Understanding of health care system requirements.
  • Selling and marketing skills.
  • 4+ years sales experience (pharmaceutical, high-tech or medical devices business)

In this role you will manage sales, marketing and educational activities at territory level to develop business to ensure results in line with annual business plan and in agreement with the Cardiovascular & Interventional Leader. You will also coordinate marketing plans and provide support to business and OU Leader with marketing projects in the assigned area. The assigned territory for this role is Morava region of Czech Republic.
