As an IT Recruiter / Talent Sourcer, you are our specialist in active recruitment as well as forward-looking talent acquisition, especially in an international environment. As a specialist, you support the recruiting process and ensure that we find the best "techies" at the right time and can inspire them for Mercateo.
What you’ll do:
- Inspire talents: For our IT departments, you recruit talents who are an excellent professional and personal fit for us.
- Recruiting 2.0: When filling vacancies, you make use of modern recruiting methods, use social media and other innovative tools for a proactive recruitment approach and continuously look for new ways to attract candidates that will contribute to Mercateo’s success.
- Take on responsibility: You identify the hiring needs and closely collaborate with our managers and HR business partners and proactively advise them.
- Think internationally: You think internationally when recruiting employees and develop efficient recruiting solutions to fill our positions.
