Job description, responsibilities and duties
Would you like to start building your career during your university studies?
As an HR INTERN in MSD you will have a chance to extend your knowledge and gain new skills in:
- HR administration, documentation preparation and document management (e.g. job contract, amendments)
- support of HR Business Partner (Expense reports, reports preparation and consolidation, other administrative tasks)
- preparation of HR communication content for emails, newsletters, internal HR portal in cooperation with HR Business Partner
- organization of HR events and initiatives for employees
- implementation of new benefits
- management and preparation of internal HR policies
- hiring and talent acquisition support
- implementation of labor law updates into practice
- ensuring compliance with Labor law and other relevant legislation requirements
RESPONSIBILITES:
- management of employee benefits and related administration
- communication with employees and stakeholders from other departments (e.g. PR and Communications team, Payroll team)
- supporting employees and people manager with HR tasks
- management of employee files in accordance with legal requirements
- administrative support for the HR department
OTHER RESPONSIBILITES:
- supporting HR Business Partner with ad-hoc agenda
- participation on special local and regional HR projects
