Job description, responsibilities and duties

Management and responsibility for the operation of the event agency, responsibility for performing tasks within the scope of the company's business, performing tasks resulting from the function of company director, management, preparation and implementation of events of various types, customer care, acquisition of new clients, selection and communication of suppliers and implementation teams, responsibility for the agency's financial growth, knowledge of the labour code and related labour law, regular communication with the parent agency.

Information about the selection process

The selection process will run over three rounds. In the first round, applicants will send a structured CV in English. In the second round, selected candidates will be invited to submit reference projects and a business plan for the following years, or a company development plan. In the third round, suitable candidates will be invited to a personal interview or Skype interview.

University education (Bachelor's degree)

Educational Specialization

High school education, university education in the fields of management, business, creativity but it isn’t a condition. A condition of acceptance is active knowledge of the English language and a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the area of events.

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and Czech - Advanced (C1)
