Job description, responsibilities and duties

Job Description:

Learns the global template solution including differences / special solutions in all Tristone plants
Is in charge of Business requirements analysis and design / configuration / implementation / testing /UAT (user acceptance testing) / Training / cutover and go live activities for projects and change requests
Creates training documents as well as train key users globally
Creates functional specification documents /business blueprint documents for projects / change requests
Creates training documents as well as configuration / support work on existing logistics scanning / RF solutions used by Tristone
Understands and is responsible for all interfaces with SAP MM/WM/PP: SAP interfaces (FI/CO, SD /EDI ) as well as non-SAP interfaces (scanning solutions, labelling)
Acts as project manager for the SAP internal logistics and production parts of a project if / when needed
Ensures adequate handover of new functionality to IT support organisation and provides oversight and expertise as L4 to the support function itself
Provides status updates to the SAP internal logistics & production team lead based on group / company reporting needs

The Successful Applicant:
Minimum 5 years of international SAP Consultancy experience including configuration and process design in SAP projects (modules MM/WM/PP)-or equivalent experience
Solid know-how and experience in all phases of SAP projects: design-analysis, implementation, training, testing, cutover-go live, hypercare/go live
Considerable experience in data migration and data migration tools in SAP
Experience with third party solution interfaces to SAP especially in the production, warehouse and material management areas (i.g. scanning solutions and/or other)
Considerable business process know-how in production & production planning, warehouse management and purchasing solutions
Basic ABAP skills (minimum: debugging) in above SAP areas including knowledge of SAP tables involved in MM/PP/WM
Basic skills in SAP authorization area
Strong analysis abilities
Business-oriented-Consultant attitude with a high mind-set and motivation to look for and find solutions
Open minded, interested in new technologies
Team player
Very motivated, confident and flexible
Excellent communication skills both with internal and external customers / other external partners and within the IT team
Fluent in English, any other language would be a plus
