A dynamically growing international quality services company is looking for an experienced and dedicated Office Manager for its newly established Czech subsidiary.
Your Responsibilities:
Ensuring and organizing the daily operation of the office
Coordinating administrative and financial tasks (invoicing, record-keeping, contract management)
Managing communication with local and international partners, suppliers, and authorities
Supporting the management and team in organizational and administrative tasks
Preparing reports and analyses for management
Organizing business trips, events, and meetings
Managing office supplies procurement and inventory tracking
