Personality requirements and skills
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position at a quality service provider
- Residence in or near Mlada Boleslav, Nosovice, Kolin or Ostrava
- Higher education (preferably in business, technical, or quality management fields)
- At least 2 years of leadership experience, preferably in the quality or service industry
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Native Czech speaker and fluent in English
- Flexibility, problem-solving skills, and team management experience
