​A dynamically growing international quality services company is looking for an experienced and dedicated Operations Director for its newly established Czech subsidiary.

​Comprehensive management of the company’s operational activities

  • Developing and implementing business strategies to drive company growth

  • Developing customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities
  • Ensuring compliance with local and international regulations
  • Leading, motivating, and developing the operational team

Personality requirements and skills

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar position at a quality service provider
  • Residence in or near Mlada Boleslav, Nosovice, Kolin or Ostrava
  • Higher education (preferably in business, technical, or quality management fields)
  • At least 2 years of leadership experience, preferably in the quality or service industry
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Native Czech speaker and fluent in English
  • Flexibility, problem-solving skills, and team management experience
