In the Monarflex and Icopal Synthetic Membranes Slovakia we are looking for the Quality Manager, that will lead the Quality team, QMS and Continuous improvement projects to achieve best in class products made by production. The Quality Manager will be responsible:
• to ensure that the products and services that Monarflex s.r.o./ Icopal Synthetic Membranes Slovakia s.r.o. is providing are fit for purpose and meets both external and internal requirements, including legal compliances and customer expectations.
• to promote quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the organization.
• to develop, implement, communicate and maintain a quality plan to bring the Company´s Quality Systems and Policies into compliance with quality system requirements.
• to effectively interact with Production and Development teams to maintain product supply and help introduce a new product.
• to cooperate with purchasing staff to establish quality requirements from external suppliers.
• to ensure compliance with national and international standards and legislation.
• to supervise technical staff in carrying out tests and checks.
• to write technical and management systems reports.
• to manage and maintain the Company´s quality inspection for incoming and in-process materials and components and finished products.
• to assess the product specifications of the company and its suppliers and compare with customer requirements.
• to identify relevant quality-related training needs and delivering training.
• to observe the safety, hygienic, environmental and fire protection, legal and other internal regulation including of regulation specified by documentation of QMS by ISO 9001.
• to perform quality audits such as Product audits, process audits and ISO audits.
• to manage incoming and outgoing inspection to make sure good material comes in and good products go out
• to secure the department continuously development and the fulfilling of defined targets.
• to plan internal system audits according to all standards and assure timely conduction.
• to plan internal manufacturing process audits per standard, as well as customer specific requirements.
• to select and maintain best practice processes in the deployment of company policies and support implementation
• for analysis of complaints
• for the testing facilities oft he factory
• for supplier audits
• for permanent monitoring of factory production control (raw materials, processes, intermediate and end products)
• for regular evaluation and verification of the performance of the products (fulfillment of internal and external quality standards)
• for control of the products (evaluation (A-Ware, B-Ware, breakage), blocking and release
• for QM processes of the plant
• for Documentation, communication and archiving of quality data
• for receiving inspection of raw materials
