Sales & Customer Support Agent (French/Dutch/German)
Bratislava, Slovakia

You will be representing the company in the best possible way by delivering an outstanding customer experience. You will be an expert in the company´s products and brand values. One of your key tasks is to be both a brand ambassador as well as the voice of the customer, giving constant feedback to the company´s product- and design teams. Also, as part of your sales duties you will be responsible for growing revenue by cross-selling and upselling. Other important aspects are adhering to legal requirements such as GDPR and PCI and to strive for First Contact Resolution and resolve customer queries.



Who you are
• You ideally have some experience in the customer service or contact center industry
• You speak (near-) native level French or Dutch or German (C1/2) + intermediate English (B1/2)
• Any other language is considered a bonus
• You are passionate about customer satisfaction and have the ability to connect with
customers, build rapport and show empathy
• Can communicate clearly and effectively
• You are a team-player with good organization skills and a “can-do” attitude
• Good computer skills and MS Office experience

• A Permanent Contract (indefinite)
• A competitive salary of €15.500/16.500,- + bonus/commissions
