We have an exciting opportunity for experienced metal sheet workers to join our team in Midsund, Norway.

Main Duties:
• Plate processing including fug geometry for welding and other assembly of structures for pressure vessels, welding and assembly within the material group Duplex, super Duplex and various carbon steel
• Construction and reading of fabrication drawings

Qualifications and characteristics:
We seek employees who are positive, motivated and with good abilities to work independently and as part of a team. We seek candidates with certificate of apprenticeship within work of metal sheets or relevant experience in this field within the on/offshore industry. Candidates with experience in other types of work with sheet metal are also encouraged to apply. Applicants must have a crane certificate for G4 / G11 as well as certificate for hot work. It is also desirable that candidates must be able to read and understand fabrication drawings. We are looking for candidates who are goal-oriented and structured in their work. It is also important that you are accurate and quality conscious. You must master Norwegian or good English.

Essential:
• Certificate of apprenticeship (fitter)
• Language: Norwegian or English
• Knowledge of fabrication drawings
Desirable:
• Experience with pressure Vessels
• Previous work experience from fabrication industry
• Overhead Crane G4/G11
• Certified falling protection
• Work Permits and Safe Job Analysis
• HSE Training, qualified to use work equipment and necessary tools
• Knowledge in ISO 9001 and ISO 3834-2
• Hot work certified
• Tack Welding Certificate
• Experience with white material – Duplex and SuperDuplex
