We are looking for a talented colleague to join our office in Prague in the following position: Sales representative. We are looking for a qualified Sales representative to join our team. You will be responsible for all sales job duties, from generating leads to closing sales.
Our ideal candidate is an experienced professional with well-based knowledge of sales and customer service best practices, gained preferably but not exclusively in the real estate sector. You should also be able to interpret sales metrics and be strongly goal-oriented. We expect you to perform well in a team environment and have exceptional skills to cooperate with colleagues from other departments.
Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to creating and maintaining good customer relationships and ensuring smooth sales team operations.

Responsibilities:
• Generate and process new sales leads
• Answer phone calls from customers and give immediate responses on NWO portfolio and services
• Arrange appointments with customers
• Asses customers needs and provide assistance and information on NWO products and deliver best solutions
• Prepare contracts and assist in signing by the parties
• Manage sales tracking tools and report to the line manager regularly
• Analyze market trends gather information on the office sector
• Ensure high level of customer satisfaction and increase retention ratio through execellent sales service

Requirements:
• Proven work experience as a Sales representative
• Fluent Czech and English skills
• Hands on experience with ERP and CRM systems
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel
• In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
• Excellent communication skills
• Multitasking skills
• Teamwork and motivational skills
• Diploma in economics or in associated fields is a plus
• Proven work experience in the real estate sector is a plus

We’re looking for a customer-oriented individual on a full-time basis, with the drive, energy and passion to deliver a fantastic service to our tenants. Salary is fix plus commission-based.
