Nika Trans Europe Sp. z o.o is seeking an experienced Dispatcher to join our team. The Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating the movement of our fleet of trucks and ensuring that all deliveries are completed on time and in compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Schedule and dispatch trucks to pick up and deliver shipments
• Monitor drivers' routes and communicate any changes or updates
• Ensure that all trucks are properly maintained and in good working condition
• Communicate with customers to ensure that delivery schedules are met
• Monitor and manage drivers' hours of service to ensure compliance with federal regulations
• Keep accurate records of all shipments and deliveries
• Communicate with other departments within the company to ensure that customer needs are met


Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in dispatching trucks in the transportation industry
• Knowledge of FMCSA regulations
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks at once
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Knowledge of transportation software and GPS tracking systems
