Job description, responsibilities and duties
Job purpose:
Creates, develops and manages a cross-functional Customer Intelligence strategy supporting the needs of our business. Works with senior management to develop and implement the overall Customer Intelligence strategy for the organization, as well as providing technical expertise for Customer Intelligence projects. Manages and mentors team of data analysts.
What you will do?
* Supervises weekly, monthly and ad-hoc reporting of actual production versus plan, analysis and explanation of differences, detailed analysis of specific and exceptional situations and deviations, sales results comments.
* Discovers new opportunities to optimize the business through analytics and statistical modeling.
* Directs team to improve and streamline processes regarding data flow and data quality to improve data accuracy, visibility and value.
* Responsible for Early Warning System for distribution channels - pointing out and reporting all unusual data development.
* Daily management of the team by setting objectives, providing frequent feed back and support, coordination of activities within the team and with other departments. Hire, motivate and develop members of the team.
* Collaborates with business owners on their needs and translates them into analytics/reporting requirements, improved data management and delivery.
What do you need for this job?
University education (economic)
Experience at the similar position
English level B2
Knowledge of SQL, MS Access, QlikView and Power BI is advantage
