Job description, responsibilities and duties

Job purpose:

Creating awareness of risks to reputation and integrity and the consequences of external legislation and regulations within the business or the designated area of attention. Creating a sense of responsibility for preventing and limiting compliance risks by adapting the internal business operations and monitoring the realization of plans.

What you will do:

- Works with management to list compliance risks, identifies points for improvement and makes these improvements. Advises the management on the application of the compliance policy in the form of concrete recommendations and guidelines
- Performs compliance monitoring activities as per Compliance monitoring plan, ad hoc monitoring, identify potential areas for improvement, propose correction actions and provide support during implementation
- Helps to develop and give training in compliance procedures in order to maintain/promote their professionalism or meet the need for information about relevant regulations and internal procedures
- Actively promotes compliance awareness of and a sense of responsibility for compliance among management and staff within the unit
- Legislation and regulations monitoring. Identifies gaps in procedures, processes and formulates proposals for improvements. Support the implementation
- Creating/updating of compliance documents, policies, standards, guidances etc.
- Preparing of required/ regular reports
- Cooperation in project/ product/ other activities as requested or assigned

What do we need from you:

- University graduate with legal specialization
- English level B2 (upper intermediate)
- At least 2 years experience in a similar position
- Strong business acumen and customer focus
- Ability to work independently an prioritize, excellent communication and presentation skills
- Solid reasoning, critical thinking, problem solving abilities
- Demostrated ability to proactively identify and analyse issues in the workplace and identify and implement solutions collaboratively
