Job description, responsibilities and duties

Job purpose:

General support provided to Board member(s), coordination of daily activities, organizing, meetings and keeping agenda, correspondence and administration.

What will you do?

* General support to Board member(s) and the team(s) according to specific team activities.
* Scheduling and preparation of agenda of Management Meetings, taking meeting minutes
* Coordination of meetings, conference calls, travel arrangements
* Preparation of correspondence, reports, charts, graphs, which may confidential in nature
* Cooperation with other assistants within the company
* Scheduling on behalf of Board member(s) meetings, maintaining the Board member’s calendar and email account
* Tracking of requirements and action points from meetings and their fulfilments, meeting deadlines
* Translation of documents/interpretation on request of the Board member
* Basic overview of budget fulfillment, tracking Workflow and attendance systems
* Organisation of special events, performing a variety of special projects, as requested

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and Czech - Advanced (C1)

Personality requirements and skills

* Secondary school education
* Fluent in English – written and spoken (upper intermediate - B2)
* Very good PC skills (MS Office)
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, ethical and professional behaviour
* Excellent organizational skills
* Ability to work under pressure and assess priorities
* Proactive, self-motivated and organised person
