Job description, responsibilities and duties

Job purpose:

Quality of Sales Officer supports management with all aspects related to anti-fraud and managing the quality of sales area with main focus to prevention, detection and identification of sales frauds and bad sales practices.

Your daily job will involve:

* Implementation of a fraud/sales quality framework and drive anti-fraud management across the NN. Ensure processes or systems are in place to monitor transactions and behaviours for suspected quality of sales activities.
* Monitoring sales quality trends and developing relevant alerts. Guiding the business in developing and maintaining sales quality alerts for all types of products in their respective business and stimulate that these indicators are being used.
* Based alerts result and on potentional fraud/bad sales practices proposing of restorative measurers to NN senior management.
* Establishing sales quality detection processes. Cooperating with other local functions and liaising with fraud/sales quality investigators.
* Setting Quality of Sales reporting procedure. Proposing and designing activities linked to Quality of Sales, providing inputs and recommendations.
* In needed cases supporting and substituting Anti-Fraud Officer

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) or Czech - Proficiency (C2)

Personality requirements and skills
