We are a logistics service provider operating in the European markets since 1990. Whether the services are contract logistics, deliveries to chain stores, road transport services, or Value Added Services - we always render them with the utmost care. Our greatest asset is our dedicated, highly qualified, and versatile team of experts and young innovators.
Currently, we are on the route to diversify our activities in the European markets. We are taking steps to grow the local sales and operation forces in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Hungary region. We aim to create diversified business across the markets in which No Limit has been operating.

Sales and Business Development Manager
Position Overview:
This role demands expertise in growing business and insights into logistic trends and market requirements as well as players and the customers. This role works with cross-functional leaders like Business Unit managers and Service Line managers. Candidate should also have experience leading sales teams.
The Sales and Business Development Manager will take an active role in regional business development strategy creation, as well as developing, leading, and coaching the team focused on obtaining customers. Key activities include: building up and nurturing relationships, fostering collaborations with potential customers, and steady work aiming at the company growth by obtaining the world-class customer relationships and long-term business.
Successful performance indicators are acquiring local customers, building on the local market relationships with the No Limit partners from other regions, increasing sales and revenue, product adoption, and scaling the business in the region.
As well as leading sales and client-relationship management, the business development manager will track market needs and trends, recommend new products and services, and grow new partnerships.
This role requires a strong and solutions-focused professional with hands-on industry experience, encompassing a great deal of engagement, creativity, and flexibility. You will be seen as a leader who has the ability to shape, lead, and manage the customer approach.
Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic guidelines for Sales and Business Development, and Marketing activities of the organization in the region
- Plan and monitor international business development activities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the company’s reach and impact
- Foster long-term relationships with clients using existing networks and other sales tools to grow the client base
- Maintain close contact with key decision-makers at potential and existing customer organizations
- Develop initiatives to increase sales and align development operations in selected markets
- Lead project acquisition - negotiate contracts, generate client proposals and bids, and close deals to meet business objectives
- Collaborate with colleagues from all company structures to develop tailored solutions and encourage internal cross-departmental and cross-country cooperation
- Identify development opportunities and co-create strategic plans.
- Assessment of market trends and provision of support in product/service development
- Attend and participate in key conferences to enhance company visibility and identify new opportunities
- Represents the company by attending trade shows and conferences and maintaining active membership and participation in industry member groups and events
- Work closely with the Marketing team to develop strategies for attracting and retaining clients and raising awareness of the company's services to increase revenue
- Creation and implementation of the sales budget

- Experience in the logistics industry (contract logistics, e-fulfillment, distribution) and knowledge of market needs
- Knowledge of the logistics services market (Slovakia, Hungary, Czech Republic) and ease of moving in an international environment
- Experience in new launches, international expansion
- Proven track record of successfully establishing partnerships and customer acquisition
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial position
- Fluent in English plus local mother tongue
- Independence in the decision-making process and excellent work organization skills
- Ability to cooperate and communicate
