Sales&Promotion

• Advises with management and sales staff on reservation status, forecasts and tariffs
• Determines rate structure for daily pick-up
• Supervises room rates offered
• Spot checks guest rooms
• Carries master key of hotel while on duty
• Solves any problems and complaints from guests
• Checks arrival/departure list
• Informs the management on special hotel guests’ arrival/departure and upgrades;
• Arranges for the Manager to meet or contact special guests upon arrival to hotel for functions and events

• Approves all reservation confirmation slips before they are sent out
• Prepares duty roster of all reservations staff
• Provides daily departure information to Director of Operations and Reception
• Collecting, proposing and organizing the touristic activities

• Controls the credit card and software system of the hotel
Plan advertising and promotional campaigns
Plan advertising, including which media to advertise in, such as radio, television, print, online media, and billboards
Negotiate advertising contracts
Meet with clients to provide marketing or technical advice
