Job description, responsibilities and duties
NovaKid invites an HR Operations Head to join our team at Novakidschool.com, the #1 online English school for kids in Europe. Our customers come from more than 30 countries all over the world. We have 55K+ students and 2K+ teachers. Our international team consists of 280+ high-caliber developers, support managers and marketing gurus. Novakid is showing 5x annual growth.
Responsibilities:
• Be a champion that helps building world-class team Novakid as a fully remote international company
• Nurture Novakid culture of high-performance team working in high-freedom/high-responsibility environment
• Measure and ensure high talent density at Novakid: develop interviewing skills, performance evaluation skills and processes
• Be a leadership coach and advisor for all Novakid team leads, directors and executives
• Organise regular leadership & functional employee training, sharing of best practices, masterclasses
• Establish a system for salary grades to be used for a structured, transparent employee compensation
• Establish a system for a regular proactive salary grades competitiveness review and adjustment to market conditions
• Establish a system for distributing stock option awards and refreshers
• Define HR team’s KPIs, track performance, set and reach ambitious goals
• Be Novakid PR champion, get candidates to fall in love with Novakid and employees to carry this love throughout their time with the company
• Build and manage your team, including internal and external recruiters

• Experience managing HR function for international company with 200+ employees
• Experience working with Founders to define and support corporate culture within a company
• Practice a mix of vision and metrics-driven approach to managing HR
• Demonstrated experience with setting up, tracking, and planning HR KPIs
• Experience building a fully (or at least partially) remote team is a big plus
You will hardly fit in if:
