Job description, responsibilities and duties

- Technical customer support & troubleshooting – Provisioning & maintaining & protecting quality of service to customers
- Communication with carrier management, escalation team and local PTTs in EMEA
- Communication in English on daily basis – provision of regular updates to the customer
- Working with various technologies (Cisco, Juniper…)

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

The position is suitable for a fresh graduate


Personality requirements and skills

- Technical thinking (we are happy to provide training)
- Theoretical knowledge of network devices – router, switch; OSI model, IP and MAC addresses (industrial certification is NOT a must)
- English at B2 level
- Good communication skills, customer and service oriented
- Willingness to learn new things, even in free time
- Team player
- Reliability
