Technical Client Advisor is a technical consultant for dedicated customers. Is responsible for networking solution and for these areas: *Controls and maintains technical performance indicators and SLA*Connects incident, problem a change management field*Creates reports and analysis, which maps network needs and optimalisation*Communicates with customers and inner teams which take care of customer network

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

-Communication in English on level B2S-Great communication and presentation skills-1-2 years of experience in telecommunications or on customer facing role-Certification CCNA, ITIL, Prince 2 is an advantage-Good knowledge of telecommunication field (Technical high school is and advantage)
