- Daily, operational, administrative support for the Service Delivery- Administration (logistics related to business trips, invoicing and billing, inventory of assets)- Processing, receiving orders to support the administration of the Service Delivery- Responsibility for keeping records related to the Operations- Communication with suppliers, processing of documents and offers related to the operation of the SD- Organisations of client visits
