Technical support for helpdesk and vendor management

As a part of the Core EquipmAs a part of the Core Equipment Engineering activities we are looking for a helpdesk agent supporting mobile scanning devices and US vendor management. *technical support for mobile devices ranging from Palm Scanners to Android devices, including basic repair and maintenance*answer phone queries as well as emails from US technicians and contractors and follow up when required to ensure completion*responsible for all aspects of VTS (Verizon Tracking System) software as applicable to scanners & Android devices*creating, tracking and following up on all internal trouble tickets created by National CVT Helpdesk*administrative support of the on-boarding process for US contractors including provisioning of system accesses
