Managed Services Implementation Management (MSIM) is a customer facing position that interacts with both Verizon employees and Verizon's external customers. It is a combination of two roles – VRD OM and MSPM. As MSIM you will be working in a team environment where you will be responsible for your own customer accounts and accountable for whole service delivery within our platform from validation till the actual service activation.Our department cares for new customers of Verizon. We are in charge of connecting up to a data network which will ensure the safety of the customers' data. We have a customer that has decided to use our services, so we need to make sure that everything goes swimmingly before we connect everything up. We need to check that all formalities are solved. We need to ship all technical devices, ensuring they are delivered in good time and condition. And we need to make sure that the customer's site is up and running as expected.
