Project Manager Senior

- implementation of projects with focus on IT solutions delivery,- management of assigned projects for internal as well as external customers throughout the whole life cycle,- using different methodologies and approaches based on a customer’s specific expectations – Waterfall (Prince 2, PMI, PMP, etc.) or Agile (SCRUM, Kanban), - management of all project aspects, mainly with regards to project´s goals, planning, time and budget/financial aspects, defined scope and deliveries (Minimum Viable Product), customer´s satisfaction,- engagement with customers and stakeholders, including continuous review and monitoring of their needs and expectations,- preparation of Business Specifications and/or User Stories and their further prioritization based on customer´s expectations,- daily cooperation with internal delivery teams – Business Analysis, Business Architecture, DevOps, QA – Testing,- coordination of User Acceptance Tests in cooperation with DevOps Team and Business UAT Testers, including management of Defects and Incidents,- coordination of customer´s Change Requests,- identification of further opportunities for automation and digital transformation within customer´s processes and their further implementation in cooperation with delivery teams,- responsibility for post-implementation controls and verification/monitoring of delivered benefits.
