Job description, responsibilities and duties
We are offering you a position in one of the most modern and top technology Nuclear Power Plant projects in the world, a competitive salary, large and supportive organization and great opportunity to succeed.
We are looking for Quality controller professionals for our client with different backgrounds: Mechanical or Welding engineering.
Inspectors will be located in different countries to handle manufacturing inspections regarding components applied to Nuclear Power Plant.
Positions will be located mainly in Eastern Europe, but also in Western Countries.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Deliver manufacturing surveillance programs per contract based on a graded approach of equipment safety function and project importance.
Lead the internal technical review and acceptance of supplier manufacturing documentation and the client acceptance of non-conformance reports, and maintain the link to parallel reviews performed by external stakeholders.
Establish and check planned client inspection witness and hold points marked in the supplier inspection and test plans and monitor their completion.
Perform visits to manufacturing facilities to perform oversight of inspections performed by our inspection agencies, when required.
Support the review and delivery of the end of manufacturing records, leading to the quality release of equipment to the HPC construction site.
Support to engineering director and project managers by reporting on progress of manufacturing surveillance activities and raising issues.
Ensure supplier quality control requirements are adequately specified within contract documentation submitted in the Invitation To Tender.
