Job description, responsibilities and duties

Being a member of a team of specialists, you are responsible for assisting and helping travelers in difficult situations world-wide. Main tasks are daily contacts with our clients, hospitals, airline companies, tour-operators etc.

We are searching for a reliable, open-minded and flexible team-player with ability to analyze all kinds of situations and find a good solution. Do you like dynamic work environment, where every day is different? Then apply!

The project focused on German market started in December, thus it is a beginning of a new project. There is a plan to build a team of 18 Coordinators (most of them are already hired). We are still looking for new members to join the team.

For our client, an international company, which is providing assistance in a field of travelling and health care, we are searching for a suitable candidate for a position – International Assistance Coordinator with German language.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

German - Advanced (C1) and
English - Intermediate (B1)

The position is suitable for a fresh graduate


Personality requirements and skills

- Fluent German language (C1)
- Advanced English (B2)
- Czech language would be an asset, but it is not required
- Previous work experience in travel industry is an advantage
- Flexible and fast thinking person who is stress resistant
- Being ready to learn and follow given procedures and rules
- Must be open to the future shift work – at the moment normal traditional working hours
