Job description, responsibilities and duties
Strategic Planning - develop and implement the overall business strategy for the CHC and OTC product portfolio
Product Development and Management - oversee the development and lifecycle management of CHC and OTC products
Market Analysis - analyze sales data and market performance to inform strategic decisions
Marketing and Branding - ensure effective positioning and differentiation of products in the marketplace
Sales Management - develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
Financial Management - develop and manage budgets for the business unit, ensuring financial targets are met
Cross-Functional Collaboration - foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors and retailers.
Performance Monitoring - set key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the business unit
Identify and exploit market specific opportunities to grow revenue and income
Lead, coach and mentor a high performing team, build and actively manage a pipeline of succession talent
