Sales manager
to drive our expansion and promote new product lines and services.
Wooden Fitness Solutions s.r.o. is promoting fitness products made of wood with high quality and great design. The brand WaterRower and NOHrD are internationally recognized fitness brands. Sales manager will be responsible for setting strategy, generating revenue and building up a professional sales and marketing operation in Czech Republic.
Specific responsibilities or tasks include:
• Responsible to generate new business and sales revenue in line with the company plans.
• Proactively participate in lead generation and opportunities to present projects at sport institutes and interior design firms.
• Hold product demonstrations to prospective clients either on-site or via webmeetings and teleconferences.
• Maintain an ongoing dialogue with existing customers through an active customer care program and post sales support
• Coordinate customer inquiries with the General Manager and back office who will provide the necessary background for price negotiations
• Handle customer questions relating to products and services, wuotes and invoices
• Manage marketing materials and website, webshop

The ideal candidate:
• Holds an BA degree in Business Administration, Sales or related discipline.
• Relevant (3-5 years) experience in sports industry
• Fluent in written and spoken English, Czech, Slovak
• Knowledge of Hungarian language is advantage
• Enjoys meeting new people, has an inquisitive mind and is eager to both learn and to teach
• Can demonstrate a track record of achievements in sales
• Is self-motivated and performance driven, communicates well with colleagues
