Technical and Production Director

• Possibility to choose place of work: either Bratislava or Puchov (Slovakia) or Lodz (Poland)
• Defining and implementing  organization's technical and technological strategy 
• Optimization of production procedures and processes in terms of technology, productivity, and quality 
• Monitoring current technical trends and searching for suitable technologies 
• Controlling fulfilment of the plan and the quality of work of the PanaSystem warehouses  
• Manages the activities of technicians and warehouse managers 
• Cooperates in solving customer complaints 
• Collaborates on new PanaSystem development projects 
• Searching for new warehouses for the needs of storage or handling of goods according to the assignment 
• Processing complex information about suitable warehouses (technical, legal & business conditions, draft contract, suitability of the location from the point of view of transport economics (manufacturer - warehouse - customer) 
• Setting and implementation of PanaSystem work quality standards for 3PL warehouses 
• Approval of the method of repair of break downed / failed technical equipment or warehouse construction, as well as supervision during their removal (emergency cases only) 
• The position implies regular travelling
