Job description, responsibilities and duties
Parimatch Tech is an international product company that develops and provides tech and marketing solutions for the Gaming & Entertainment industry. Headquartered in Cyprus and operating globally, the company has R&D centers located in four countries.
We invite those who fired up to:
- Provide consultations regarding labor and immigration requests and dealing with other legal requests;
- Work with contracts: agreements on software development, license agreements, advertising and marketing agreements, employment agreements;
- Support corporate transactions.
Essential professional and personal skills:
- More than 5 to 7 years of experience in-house or in a law firm as a lawyer with a focus on and experience in IT law;
- Higher Education - qualified Czech Lawyer;
- Good understanding of commercial laws, immigration and labor laws, intellectual property laws; good general knowledge of corporate and tax laws;
- Ability to work effectively in a team and perform to a high level of quality and responsibility at all times;
- Ability to manage a challenging workload even when under pressure;
- Good research skills;
- Fluency in Czech and English is mandatory. Russian or Ukrainian will be a plus.
