- Develop and implement HR strategy that aligned with business goals;
- Develop and implement human resources policies;
- Supporting strategic objectives;
- Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations;
- Maintain staff records;
- Works closely with management and employees to provide consultation and guidance to improve work relationships;
- Supervise the work of HR personnel and provide guidance;
- Analyze HR data in the business unit to identify risks and opportunities for improvement.

Essential professional experience:
- 2+ years of experience in a leading position;
- 5+ years of experience in the human resources area;
- Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations;
- Budget management experience;
- Experience in building HR processes;
- Upper Intermediate+ English level;
- Czech and Russian languages;
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Detail-oriented;
- Good problem-solving skills.
