Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
The engineer has a pre-sales support function to sales teams existing big merchants and partners.
• In the pre-sales phase, he/she will accompany the sales teams at the earliest stages of the sales process he/she will help them win the trust of the merchant / partner with his/her technical and functional expertise of PayPal products .
• In the Integration phase, he/she will ensure the management of the project from the discovery phase until the launch of the solution.
• Then, he/she will accompany the relationship management teams to follow the same process on the sales of new products, enhancements and highlight the brand to continuously improve the final consumer experience on the major e-commerce sites .

• Perfect Mastery of English. Every additional language is a plus and Swedish is not required.

• Able to work in an organized manner on several projects with multinational teams.
• Quick and easy learner, able to understand a complex product in a complex industry.
• Good analytical skills, be able to solve problems quickly and efficiently.
Relationships:
• Very good presentation skills and customer relational. Be able to adapt to your audience.
• Able to communicate effectively via telephone, email, conferences, instant messaging and get messages as effectively orally and in writing.
• Able to easily evolve and build a network in a cross- cultural and international environment.
