Manufacturing Engineer with focus on Electric Products
Your main Tasks & Responsibilities will be:
To develop the manufacturing product and process expertise
Drive product and process manufacturing strategies
Estimate internal Manufacturing Conversion Cost on New Product Designs
Evaluate Product Manufacturability And Proactively Suggest Design Changes To Reduce Product Cost And Improve Quality
To verify the prototype building processes and to suggest changes where necessary
Defining Make or Buy process strategies
To successfully drive people management and -development

What you need to have for this role:
5+ professional experience is a must
Mechatronic engineering background (preferably)
Understanding of electronic component assembly, power control modules
Knowledge about power electronics
Expertise with production launch
Understanding of DFM, PFMEA and MRL
High Speed Electric Machinery expertise
Experience in the electric machine manufacturing industry
Ready for travels (global)
