Job description, responsibilities and duties
On behalf of our long-time client, a global manufacturer of building materials, we are looking for an enthusiastic and innovative candidate, who will replace the current manager who is moving within the company, for the position:
HR DIRECTOR
Your main Tasks & Responsibilities:
Strategic management of all HR processes and tasks
Covering all HR agendas from talent acquisition, employer branding and social media topics through development to personnel administration and payroll for approx. 150 employees
Create/lead/influence changes in the organisation
Managing the recruitment and selection process in a stable company with low turnover/attrition
Managing a team of 2 subordinates
Nurture a positive working environment
Working closely with the Board who are open to change and opportunities for improvement
Reporting to the Czech CEO and the HR Director in Austria
