Job description, responsibilities and duties
Based in our Bratislava office, the right candidate will be dealing with a broad variety of administrative tasks for the team and the Managing Partner, including:
• Manage extremely active and dynamic calendars of appointments
• Arrange complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas
• Complete expense reports
• Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed
• Perform other general and ad hoc administrative duties
• Provide help organising events

• Professional experience in assistance/admin role/reception/office coordination
Language skills
English - Proficiency (C2) and Slovak - Proficiency (C2)
Personality requirements and skills
o 1 – 2 years minimum professional experience
o Excellent communication and organisational skills
o Effective use of Email, and all Microsoft Office products, keen eye for details
o Self-motivated, proactive, well organized and efficient, multitasking skills
o setting adequate priorities
o Strong social and presentation skills; able to demonstrate a clear and articulate standard of written and verbal communication
o High level of discretion to sensitive information
• Language skills (verbal and written form)
o Slovak or Czech fluent professional standard
o English fluent professional standard
o German would be an advantage
