Job Description
In this role, you have the opportunity to

Manage and develop sales of Philips Personal Health products as well as new business development within dedicated key accounts.

You are responsible for
• Building cooperative business relationship within key accounts (Drug and MassMerch channel).
• Executing long term sales strategies and marketing initiatives.
• Identifying and defining new business development opportunities.
• Developing and executing tailor-made promotions and in-store programs.
• Ensure availability of goods/deliverables in cooperation with order desk and logistics.
• Close cooperation with trade marketing and sales field force departments.
• Systematically analyzing and reporting of sales results, expectations, market, competition and trends.
• Taking initiative and identifies improvements in actual way of working, formulates alternatives and recommendations.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

Czech - Proficiency (C2) or Slovak - Proficiency (C2) or English - Proficiency (C2)

Personality requirements and skills

You are a part of

The passionate and driven Philips Personal Health sales business group. You are reporting directly to Senior Sales Leader.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
• University degree.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales department (FMCG area is preferred).
• Experience in establishing and maintaining strong business relations and account strategy.
• Experience in new business development would be a strong asset.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Energetic, dynamic and self-motivated, enthusiastic and effective as a team player.
• Excellent negotiation skills, business acumen and active approach to market opportunities.
• Strong team player.
• Fluent Czech or Slovak.
• Fluent English.
