Job description, responsibilities and duties

In this role, you have the opportunity to
Support and work closely with HR Manager in Health Systems sector covering Central & Eastern Europe market.

You are responsible for
• Supporting CEE HS HR Manager in daily operational activities, preparing HR documents and presentations
• Regular reporting, data consolidation
• Performing regular checks on changes in systems
• Responding to external/internal requests for information
• Taking full responsibility for managing various internal projects related to topics such as: organizational structure charts update, onboarding plan for new employees across CEE, training plans
• Internal communication with managers, employees and other Philips HR departments

Information about the selection process

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
• Last year student or already graduated preferable with specialization in Human Recourses or Economics
• Pro-active attitude and drive to learn
• Fluent English and Czech
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Very good communication and analytical skills
• A service mindset and strong customer focus
• Previous experience / internships in HR department would be an advantage

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University student
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1) or Czech - Advanced (C1)
